Digital Communication Manager (permanent contract)
Brand management & Paid media · Remote (France) · Full-time
Who we are
ScaleFast helps B2B software companies grow their sales. Our method combines artificial intelligence with sector expertise to spot the companies that have a need and book qualified meetings with their decision-makers. Our results are measurable: some of our clients have tripled their number of qualified prospects in 90 days.
Our conviction: technology speeds up execution, but fundamentals drive results. The right message, at the right time, to the right person. That is exactly what our communication has to carry.
The role
At ScaleFast, communication is not a shop window: it is the channel through which software decision-makers discover our approach and understand why it works. You are our first dedicated communication hire: you work directly with the founders and start from real material (client results, field feedback, tool tests) to produce useful content, never generic. You don't execute a plan written by others: you propose, you publish, you measure, you adjust.
Your mission is built around two priorities.
1. Brand management: build ScaleFast's awareness and image
- Run our presence on LinkedIn (company page and founders' accounts), Facebook and our other channels.
- Build the editorial line and the publishing calendar, and produce the content: posts, carousels, short videos.
- Write the blog articles, case studies and newsletter, in French and English.
- Analyse performance (reach, engagement, audience growth) to sharpen what works, and report on it to the founders every month.
2. Paid media: grow our visibility and generate qualified contacts
- Design and run LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns: audience targeting, visuals and hooks, and the media budget you own.
- Track profitability (cost per contact, cost per meeting), test, cut what doesn't perform and scale what works.
- Connect organic and paid: content that performs becomes an ad, and an ad that converts feeds the editorial line.
On top of that: employer branding (Careers page, job openings, hiring posts), choosing and maintaining our content tools, and the use of AI (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up research and first drafts, with systematic human review. As the team grows, you coach the interns and apprentices who join it.
What we're looking for
- A first experience in digital communication or B2B marketing (1 to 3 years, apprenticeship or long internship included), ideally at a software company, an agency or a start-up.
- Excellent writing in French and fluent English.
- A command of LinkedIn and social media codes, with accounts or pages you have already grown.
- At least one LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads campaign run end to end, from targeting to reporting.
- Comfortable with Canva or Figma and with numbers (engagement rates, cost per contact, A/B tests).
- Autonomous, curious, eager to understand the world of B2B software and prospecting.
Nice to have
- SEO or video-editing basics.
- Newsletter experience.
- An account, a blog or a project you have run yourself.
Why join ScaleFast
- Real responsibility: your calendar, your campaigns, your budget, your numbers, your name on them.
- Direct access to the founders, with no long approval chain.
- Real material: client results and concrete cases, not topics invented to fill a schedule.
- An AI-first team, backed by ElevenLabs, where AI speeds up production without replacing judgment.
- A role you build with us: you are the first person in the communication team, and its scope grows with your results.
Details
- Permanent contract (CDI), full time, starting as soon as possible.
- Remote (France).
- Compensation: based on profile and experience.
- Probation period: as set by the applicable collective agreement.
Benefits
- Fully remote policy.
- Remote-work allowance.
- Employee benefits through Leeto, our works-council platform.
How to apply
Send your CV and two or three pieces or campaigns you have published (links are enough). No cover letter: a good post is worth more. The process takes less than 10 days: a 30-minute conversation, a short practical case (one LinkedIn post and a one-month campaign plan), then a meeting with the founders to talk about the role, the salary and the start date.
